My name is Liz and I have been on my spiritual journey for over 30 years. I have studied many therapies including many massage modalities, aromatherapy, reflexology, Applied kinesiology, iridiology, phytotherapy, tarot, reiki, shamanism and I am also a yoga and meditation teacher.
