In this episode I am joined again by the fabulous Sue Care. Sue is a holistic therapist, a clinical Hypnotherapist, as well as practicing reflexology. She is also a reiki master with 19 years experience. She works intuitively to find the root cause of physical or emotional issues so she can help to release and heal them.
We chat about hypnotherapy, how it came into her life, how it affected my life and some wonderful stories of people she has helped with it. Sue gives us a mini taster of what hypnotherapy feels like, please do not listen to this part whilst driving or operating heavy machinery.
