In this episode I am joined by the amazing Kathryn Camsey, Queen of the Fairies. We chat about Kathryn's book, A Mind Full of Happiness Guide for children and her journey to getting where she is now.
After a devastating family loss, Kathryn saw her niece struggling and desperately wanted to make her smile again
She introduced her to the spiritual and mindfulness tools she uses in her life, to see if they would help her and if they could be taught in an age-appropriate way.
Working together with each modality and a daily routine, and with the tools, time and consistency, she managed to help her niece regain her happiness and joy in life again.
